Objectives
To reach and over achieve against the Monthly Sales Targets laid down by the company.
To reach and over achieve the sales metrics/ratios targets laid down by the company .
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To achieve personal sales targets as agreed with the ASM
To drive the achievement of the metrics/ratios required across the region or mini cluster, including ……………………………….
Key Areas of the role:
Personal KPIs:
Achievement of monthly sales target
Achievement of the Sales Metrics targets
Attending sales training and related training sessions each week within the regional sales team
Submit BDM Review and Action Plan to the ASM each week
Forecast and Pipeline Document submission to the ASM to drive activity and sales in the required time frame
Strategy & Planning
Detailed understanding of the Forecast and Pipeline Document
Detailed understanding of the Sales Metrics by cluster overview and individual BDM / BDE to enable change to be effected.
Utilisation and a through understanding of Talisma to manage and effect a positive change of activity by each BDM / BDE
Leads
Work with agent and broker leads and respond in the agreed time frames at all stages of the process
Source leads by means of self generating 80%; Agents and Brokers 20%
The Sales Viewing
Use the steps of the sale as trained
Use the quick quote at every sale
Deal with objectives positively
Achieve 10 deals per month
Know the product and pricing in detail
Attention to detail
Respond to all requests within agreed time scales
Submit proposals within 24 hours of request ensuring accuracy of content and rates submitted within PGSB
Use the quick quote document at the end of every viewing
Attend persistence sessions 1 day per week
Hand deliver proposals to all key clients – 6 per month
Collect deposit payments in person where possible – 6 per week
Complete DD mandates for every new client
Complete the Ultrasoft agreement in full prior to signing
Update Talisma at each stage of the client contact
Accurately complete all documentation for validation on JDE
Communications
Attend all sales meetings as required
Attend sales training events such as 20/10 meetings as required
Ensure following up after meeting attendance
Liaise with Centre Manager/or nominated person regarding client requirements prior to move in and work closely with Centre team to ensure client satisfaction
Ensure move in meeting is established and attended

Operate within the scope of the business ensuring client satisfaction by accurately reflecting the service and the promise

Maintain a professional approach to the clients
Provide exceptional client service at all times
