The Job
Experience working within a business centre that was using an industry specific software billing system is a distinct advantage.
A minimum of 3 years commercial experience required.You should be of smart appearance and articulate, with a strong ability to problem solve, multi task, plan and organise. Strong communication skills are paramount to the role, working with enthusiasm and flexibility. The individual is to be self motivated, professional and approachable.Responsibilities:To become a super-user of the companies software
Providing first line system user support by phone and email
Supporting sales in prospect meetings
Delivering small group training to users
Liaising and building relationships with existing system users
Taking part in events and exhibitions
Salary £25k – 30k plus usual company benefits
